Module 3: Embracing Your Unique Mane

This module is near and dear to my heart.

Much of my life has been consumed with fear, anxiety and worry.

Fear and worry is nothing to be ashamed of. Even the most courageous people in the world have fears and worries to overcome.

No matter what it is that scares you, if you learn how to acknowledge, confront and take ownership of it, you can keep it from holding you back in your life.

It’s easy to ignore or deny our fears, even to ourselves; especially in a society that stresses the importance of being strong and brave. But if you think about it, courage can’t come into play unless you have a fear to face down.

We don’t always get to choose what happens to us, but we DO get to choose how we respond to it.

More specifically, this module will teach you how to:

    • Stop fear and worry from holding you back in your life
    • Believe in yourself and have less worry
    • Go from being afraid of change to being excited about what’s to come
