This module is all about developing awareness.

Awareness is the ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects, or sensory patterns. Basically, it is the doorway to FREEDOM. That’s why it’s the first module.

More specifically, this module shows you how to:

    • Understand you are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions. You are a great soul inhabiting the human boy having those thoughts and emotions. At you’re core, you are pure consciousness–the place where thoughts form and emotions arrive.
    • Have a different way of looking at yourself and the world
    • Deepen your understanding of who you really are
    • Understand you are not your thoughts or emotions.
    • Go from being lost to having a vision for your life
    • Get clear about your priorities
    • Go from living in the past to being more present
